Jane Ooms

Yoga & Nervous System Rewire

Jane is a registered yoga teacher (500+ hours) for both adults and children. With a focus on the science behind yoga to create strength, flexibility and balance, Jane designs classes to be accessible and create awareness of our bodies. Jane’s classes and workshops are held both online and in person in our Curramore wellness studio.

Jane’s background as a school teacher has shown the advantages that yoga can have on centring students, calming the nervous system and improving mobility and emotional regulation. She is currently completing a Master of Child and Adolescent Mental Health.

James Colliton

Hypnotherapy and Meditation

James is a Certified Hypnotherapist and meditation instructor. He facilitates sessions both 1:1 and in group settings. James’s sessions are held both online and in person in our Curramore wellness studio.

Over ten years ago, James discovered the benefits of regular Meditation on his focus, clarity, and emotional and mental well-being. This prompted him to investigate the power of hypnosis and the potential we all possess within our minds. He quickly realised that his true calling is to help others access the incredible resources for positive change that we all possess.

Chloe Louise

Clinical Nutrition

Chloe is a Certified Practicing Nutritionist (CPN No. PN00094U) with a special interest in gut health and the importance of mental well-being. As a practitioner, her focus is simple, sustainable natural medicine to promote health and proactively prevent illness.

Chloe empowers her clients to align their mind and body using dietary and lifestyle changes, based on the latest research. She holds a Bachelor degree in Health Science and Nutritional Medicine and is currently completing a Master of Mental Health.
