The Program Details:

  • Build it.

    Establish a solid foundation with transformative sessions tailored for weight loss. Our live online small-group hypnotherapy program centres on shaping your mindset and optimising gut-brain communication, complemented by crucial evidence-based nutritional guidance.

    Session 1 (90 mins): Week 1

    Session 2 (60 mins): Week 2

  • Integrate it.

    Time is given between live sessions to allow for your system to integrate your new way of thinking and knowledge. You will have ongoing access to all your nutrition resources and James and Chloe (via email communication).

    Session 3 (60 mins): Week 4

  • Live it.

    The final live session reinforces your new way of living and sets the tone for your future.

    Session 4 (90 mins): Week 8
