2. Codes of Conduct and Ethics

innerform health professional practice is covered by several codes and adheres to the requirements stated in these codes.


3. Privacy

Personal information is required in providing professional health services, and often this information is very personal. Health agencies are required to comply with the National Privacy Principles (NNPs) set out in the Information Privacy Act 2009 (QLD) (IP Act). innerform health acts in accordance with this key legislation and all regulatory requirements for respecting and maintaining the privacy of client information. This includes the following areas:

  • Collection of information: must be lawful, relevant, direct, and open.

  • Storage of personal information: must be secure.

  • Access and accuracy of information: must be transparent, accessible, correct and accurate.

  • Use of information: limited to the purpose for which it was collected or if a different purpose, specific consent is required.

  • Disclosure: limited and only with consent (e.g. providing information to another health professional a client is in consultation with).

  • Identifiers and anonymity: as required and able.

  • Transferrals and linkages: controlled and authorised.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions or by purchasing a product from innerform health, you agree to be included on the mailing list, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. 4. Client Files

Client files are required to record your health history and reason for seeking assistance, assessments and treatments. The file is a professional record of treatment and interaction and enables review and modification of treatment over time. Files are stored in a secure clinic management software program or in a filing cabinet under lock and key.



5. Third-Parties

innerform health does not sell, trade or transfer User Information to third parties.

6. Missed Consultations and Late Cancellation Fees

Please note that a minimum of 24-hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. Failure to provide this notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the value of the scheduled appointment, class, or consult. If no notice is given, the service will not be refunded or transferred.

7. Returns Policy

innerform health utilises external dispensaries for supplements and nutraceuticals. Refunds and exchanges are subject to the refunds policies of these individual suppliers. Refunds are not given on digital downloads purchased from the innerform health shop.
